Older Elder Scrolls worlds in one Skyrim playthrough
TamrielMerge converts games you own—Daggerfall, Redguard, Morrowind and Oblivion—into Skyrim Special Edition worldspaces. Its story-order system and Travel Through Time power connect the eras. The author published Windows release v0.1.0 on October 13, 2026 UTC, or October 14 in China. The release includes the app, command-line converter, scripts, SKSE plugins and generated Daggerfall models.
What you need
Windows 10 or 11, Skyrim Special Edition, SKSE, Address Library for SKSE Plugins and at least one supported older game from Steam or GOG. The app needs .NET 10 Desktop Runtime. The author recommends about 60 GB of temporary space for a full conversion and the Skyrim Creation Kit for voices and lip sync.
How to get started
- Download v0.1.0 from the author’s release and extract it outside Skyrim and Program Files.
- Run TamrielMerge.exe and review the tools it offers to download before installation.
- Select only games you own, convert them and follow the author’s new-game instructions.
Was this made with AI?
The author says the release includes AI-made 3D models based on Daggerfall sprites. The toolkit can generate voices after the user installs the Creation Kit. This evidence concerns project assets, not a measured share of source code.
